of San Francisco's Federal Building for periods of informal sitting

All are welcome.
Friday Noon Meditation Vigil, UC Berkeley
West Gate
Join us at University &
Oxford in Berkeley for a weekly meditation vigil; this is an ongoing
vigil that began shortly after the beginning of the bombing in Afghanistan
last year. We usually have a short period of sitting meditation
and then break into small groups to talk about feelings that have
arisen as a result of recent events. We close with a dedication
of merit to all those who suffer from our wars. We hope you will
join us.
