Please designate the fund name to which you are donating in the "Memo" field of your check.
• The Tibetan Children’s Refugee Fund and the Tibetan Revolving Fund
Managed by Gordon and Margo Tyndall, these funds have been operating for more than 15 years. The Children’s Fund provides more than $20,000 to children and elderly Tibetans living in the refugee settlements of India and Nepal. The Revolving Fund has approximately $100,000 in capitalization, which circulates to support labor-intensive projects in the Tibetan refugee settlements. These projects come with the recommendation and broad supervision of the Tibetan Government in Exile.

Tsunami Relief from the Dec. 2005 earthquake/tsunami in Southeast Asia.
International Buddhist Peace Service (IBPS)
The IBPS is a forming non-sectarian and non-partisan global coalition of Buddhist organizations. The IBPS' mission is to enact the Buddha's vision of wisdom and compassion in this time of worldwide conflict and fear. Buddhist Peace Fellowship is a founding member of this coalition.
Siam (Thailand) BPF celebrated Sulak Sivaraksa's successful defense against charges of lese majeste, defamation of the king and former leaders of Thailand's military junta. We have helped to organize several of Sulak's talks in the United States.
Burma (Myanmar): In 2000, with a $5,000 grant from the Kaiser Foundation, we sponsored mobile medical teams for displaced Burmese on both sides of the Thai/Burma border. Many BPF members worked for and rejoiced in Aung San Suu Kyi's release from six years of house arrest, just the first step towards democracy in Burma.
Other countries: Keeping in mind our vow to save all sentient beings, board members and friends attended the NGO Conference for Women, and work with “women in Black” to promote peace and reconciliation in the former Yugoslavia.
